We will support you with the site selection, while guiding you through the Positive Ally Learning Center® process for optimal location with the help of our real estate partners. We will provide you with design guidance and support during the pre and post-construction.
The phase of operations will commence with 3 days of onsite training. The Program Director of the Center will be inducted through all Positive Ally Learning Center® curriculum, processes, and technologies.

You will be taken through hardware, software, training, and setup.
We will provide guidance with recruiting and training staff.
In the process of your onsite training, you will be trained on aspects of community and social marketing strategies. Brand and design guidelines are crucial aspects of success. You will also be trained for parent sales seminars.
A few days prior to the launch of your Positive Ally Learning Center® Franchise, our dedicated field support staff member will be on-site, assisting you in setting up and opening the Center.
