A background in education is a strong plus but an ideal candidate for a Positive Ally Learning Center^® franchise does not necessarily need to have experience as a teacher or administrator to join our system. Neither does s/he need prior entrepreneurial experience. An ideal franchisee will be hands-on and will love working with students and their parents. Prior experience in problem solving and leading a small team is helpful, but overall, we seek candidates who are passionate about helping students develop leadership skill, are charismatic with strong ability in sales and customer service.

The ideal franchisee will have a minimum net worth of $500,000 and minimum liquid assets of $100,000.

Depending on the real estate site, the total estimated initial investment to begin operation of a single Positive Ally Learning Center^® is $166,649 to $387,750. This includes initial franchisee fee of $20,000. All fees, estimated initial investment costs, contracts, and other valuable information are included in the Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). Veterans discount of 15% of initial is provided to qualifying candidates.

Franchisees will pay monthly royalties of 8% of gross revenues. They will also contribute 1% of gross revenue towards the general marketing fund. These fees fund research and development, support services, software systems, administrative and marketing tools, quality and training programs.

We will train you and your Center Director on the Positive Ally Learning Center^® system at our headquarter / training center. This initial training course will focus on helping you setup the center including the legal, administrative, accounting / finance, marketing aspects followed by onsite observation in a Positive Ally Learning Center^®. In addition a Positive Ally^® representative will spend up to five days assisting you with on-site support prior to the launch of your center. You will also get a confidential operations manual that will show you how to run a center effectively. Lastly, we will be a phone call away for any questions you ever have.

We do not provide direct financing but we will work with you to provide reference or letter of interest to qualified lenders on a case by case basis.
